Classes

Would you like to find more energy, more flexibility and at the same time have some time in the day for yourself?

Yoga is fun and endlessly adaptable.
Yoga can bring greater confidence in our abilities; it reduces stress in the body and improves our circulation.
Yoga helps us maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

Carolyn’s classes explore the yoga asanas, or positions, to find ease in the pose and freedom of movement. The asanas help us to discover a connection between the brain and the muscles and at the same time strengthen us.

Each class includes a gentle warm up, exploration of the yoga poses and time for quiet breathing and relaxation.
